To access the E-billing system on the internet go to: ebill.crstta.com If you will be signing up for this FREE service - you may want to save this address in your list of favorites on the internet.
An email address and password is required to view your billing information and/or pay on-line. See the image below for the link to click on when signing up for the service.
After clicking on the "Click here to sign up for online access" link - you will be required to enter your Service ID (telephone number) and account number (found on your billing statement) and your email address - see below. Your computer generated password will be emailed back to you. The password can easily be changed after you are logged into the E-bill system by clicking on the "Customer Profile" link provided on the top navigation panel.
